Membership Management

This section empowers users to review and adjust their membership plans or subscription levels according to their current requirements.

A.Review Membership:

1.Navigate to the Accounts page from the sidebar menu.

2.Click on “Change” under “YOUR MEMBERSHIP” to proceed.

3.Choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription as needed.

B.Confirm Changes:

1.Follow the prompts to confirm your changes and update your membership status.


Billing and Invoices

Here, users can manage billing-related tasks and access invoices for their subscription or purchases.

A.Update Billing Information:

1.Navigate to the “BILLING ADDRESS” section.

2.Click to update billing information if necessary.

B.Access Invoices:

Visit the “INVOICES” section to view and download invoices for accurate record-keeping.

Site Actions

This section facilitates various actions related to the site’s configuration and settings.

1.Customize Site Template:

1.Under “ACTIONS,” select “Change Site Template” to refresh the look and feel of your online store.

2.Set Default Site:

1.Choose “Change Default Site” to ensure seamless navigation experience for your customers.

3.Manage Security:

1.Update your password for enhanced security or reset it if forgotten.

4.Delete Site (If Necessary):

1.Access the “DANGER ZONE” to delete the site if it’s no longer needed.
