These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, online courses, training platforms, exams, digital services, and related products operated by Edusyte Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

By accessing or using any Edusyte service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “We”, “us”, “our” means Edusyte Ltd.

  • “You”, “user” means any student, visitor, customer, or organisation using our services.

  • “Services” means our website, online courses, training material, exam platform, consulting, hosting, and any associated products.


3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • at least 16 years old, or

  • using the services under the supervision of a parent/guardian or employer.

Professionals using the services on behalf of an organisation confirm they have authority to bind that organisation.


4. Account Registration

To access certain services (courses, exams, dashboards), you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information,

  • keep your login details secure,

  • be responsible for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes,

  • upload or distribute malware, spam, or malicious code,

  • impersonate another person or organisation,

  • interfere with the website’s security or infrastructure,

  • share your course materials, login details, or exam content with others,

  • attempt to cheat, bypass, or manipulate any exam or assessment system.

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.


6. Courses, Learning Materials & Certification

  • All course materials, videos, documents, and training content are owned by Edusyte.

  • You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or organisational training use.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share the content.

  • Certification is granted only when all requirements are met.

  • We may update or modify courses at any time to improve quality.


7. Exams & Assessment Policy

By registering for an exam (e.g., E-Commerce Specialist Exam), you agree that:

  • You will complete the assessment independently.

  • You consent to necessary identity verification and, where applicable, proctoring, which may include audio, video, and screen monitoring.

  • Exam results and certifications remain subject to verification.

  • Misconduct may result in suspension, cancellation of results, or denial of certification.

Exam fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


8. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

8.1 Payment Terms

  • All prices are shown in GBP (unless indicated otherwise).

  • Payments must be made before accessing paid services.

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if stated in the product, course, or exam policy at the time of purchase.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • completed courses,

  • attended workshops,

  • missed exams,

  • change of mind after accessing content.

8.3 Subscriptions

Certain services may operate on a subscription basis.
You can cancel anytime, but cancellation does not refund previous payments.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on Edusyte platforms—including logos, course materials, videos, software, training modules, exam content, and documentation—is the exclusive property of Edusyte Ltd.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, or resell content,

  • remove copyright or branding,

  • use our trademarks without permission.


10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We process personal data in line with:

  • UK GDPR,

  • Data Protection Act 2018,

  • PECR (for cookies and electronic communications).

Where we act as a processor for client data, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will apply.


11. Service Availability

We strive to ensure our platforms run smoothly but do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access,

  • error-free operation,

  • that all content will always be available.

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or upgrades.


12. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party tools such as:

  • Learning management systems,

  • Payment gateways,

  • Proctoring services,

  • Marketing and analytics platforms.

These are governed by their own terms, and we are not liable for issues arising from third-party systems.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

  • We do not guarantee employment, business performance, or exam success as a result of using our services.

Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.


14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • you breach these Terms,

  • you misuse our platform,

  • your payment fails,

  • required information is not provided.

You may close your account at any time.


15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
