Whether you’re preparing for your exams, earning your microcredentials, or accessing your digital badge, we’re here to help every step of the way.


1. Getting Started

New to Edusyte Training?
Start by creating your learner account. Once registered, you’ll gain access to your dashboard, where you can begin your modules, track your progress, and prepare for your exams.


2. Accessing Your Courses

Each course in your training programme is self-paced. You can start anytime and resume learning from any device.
If a module doesn’t appear on your dashboard, check your enrolment status or contact support below.


3. Exam Scheduling

You can schedule your E-Commerce Specialist Exams directly from your learner dashboard.
Exams are available in multiple time zones, with randomised questions and strict integrity measures.

Tip: Complete your practice questions and mock tests to familiarise yourself with the exam format.


4. Certificates & Digital Badges

After completing your core and elective modules, you’ll earn microcredentials.
When all modules are passed, your E-Commerce Specialist Digital Badge will be issued automatically and can be downloaded or shared on LinkedIn.
