Creating Pages and Posts with Elementor for TechShop’s Online Store

Now that TechShop has planned the structure and layout of their online store, it’s time to start creating pages and posts using Elementor, a powerful page builder for WordPress. Elementor allows TechShop to design and customize their website with ease, enabling them to create visually stunning and engaging content. In this lesson, we will explore how TechShop can leverage Elementor to create attractive pages and posts.


  1. Creating Pages with Elementor:

    • Navigate to the WordPress dashboard and select “Pages” > “Add New.”
    • Give the page a relevant title, such as “Home,” “Shop,” or “Products.”
    • Click on the “Edit with Elementor” button to launch the Elementor editor.
    • Elementor provides a range of ready-to-use templates to choose from. Select a template that matches the desired style or start from scratch.
    • Add elements to the page by dragging and dropping them from the Elementor panel.
    • Customize the elements, including text, images, buttons, and more, using the various styling options provided by Elementor.
    • Organize the content using sections and columns to create a visually appealing layout.
    • Preview the page using the Elementor preview feature and make any necessary adjustments.
    • Once satisfied with the design, click the “Publish” button to make the page live on the website.
  2. Creating Posts with Elementor:

    • Navigate to the WordPress dashboard and select “Posts” > “Add New.”
    • Give the post a title and enter the content in the WordPress editor.
    • Click on the “Edit with Elementor” button to switch to the Elementor editor.
    • Use the available elements and styling options to design the post’s layout.
    • Customize the post’s elements, such as text, images, videos, and other media, using Elementor’s features.
    • Organize the content within sections and columns for a visually appealing presentation.
    • Preview the post using the Elementor preview feature and make any necessary adjustments.
    • Once satisfied, click the “Publish” button to make the post visible on the website.
