Activating and Configuring WooCommerce Settings
In this lesson, we will explore how to activate and configure WooCommerce settings to ensure that TechShop’s online store is properly set up and ready for business.
Activating WooCommerce:

- Navigate to the WordPress dashboard and click on “Plugins” in the left-hand menu.
- Look for “WooCommerce” in the list of installed plugins and click on “Activate” below it.
- Once activated, WooCommerce will guide you through a setup wizard to configure essential settings for your online store.

General Settings:
- Access the WooCommerce settings by clicking on “WooCommerce” in the left-hand menu of the WordPress dashboard.
- Go to the “Settings” tab to access the general settings.
- Review and configure settings such as base location, selling location, currency, and unit of measurement.
- Set up the store address, email notifications, and tax settings as per your business requirements.
