Module 4, “User Experience (UX) in E-Commerce,” was dedicated to the aesthetics and usability of e-commerce websites. We learned how design principles can significantly impact user engagement and satisfaction. Moreover, we understood the significance of optimizing the customer journey to boost conversions and reduce bounce rates. The concluding module, Module 7, “Legal and Ethical Considerations,” underscored the necessity of adhering to e-commerce regulations and compliance requirements. Protection of customer data and data privacy assumed critical importance in an era marked by digital vulnerabilities. We concluded by shedding light on intellectual property rights and copyright issues that resonate profoundly in the e-commerce landscape.
